"Cullen's recent dig at Simon Zebo and Munster hit a nerve. He pointed out the lack of home-grown players in Munster's squad, and while it was done light-heartedly, there's an element of truth to it. The school and club systems need improvement, and that's something we can't ignore."
Sherry believes that unless there's a reinvestment in grassroots rugby across Limerick, Cork, Waterford, and other counties, Munster will continue to struggle to match Leinster's dominance.
